It sounds like you got a helpful edit letter and your brain is working hard to figure out how to apply it!
I think with world-building ( and you might already feel this or have done this) is adding details in a very specific- to-the- characters- daily-life is good and makes your character feel more real at the same time as making the world relatable.
Example:
( I just ate way too many choc coated coffee beans so only read this if you're bored.)
I had an idea for a similie the other day, while taking my dishes out of the dish rack, because my larger bowl had a smaller bowl hidden underneath it, then a smaller bowl was hidden underneath that, ( so thought it's like Russian dolls, forget name for them. Matriashka?) that my MC might actually *have* to stack her bowls like this, if in my futuristic world everything is mini- sized to save resources, including homes.
So a run-of- the- mill description is suddenly adding to my world-building.
So anyway ... Point is, tiny micro details / altering what you already have and having it *also* now say something about world-building might save time thinking up completely NEW spots in the narrative to add world building or information.
No idea if that was helpful, probably not 😂. But sometimes someone saying something irrelevant can get your brain thinking of things that *are* helpful so I rambled.
I'd be interested in pdates in your approach/ refining your plan as you move forward with this 3 point list, if you end up with more ideas. Just saying.
